C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;assurance d&rsquo;un repas convivial qui cale bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 kg de pommes de terre \u00e0 chair ferme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 beau Camembert au lait cru<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g de lardons fum\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 oignons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche \u00e9paisse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un trait de cidre brut (optionnel)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fais cuire les pommes de terre \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau ou \u00e0 la vapeur, \u00e9pluche-les et coupe-les en rondelles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9mince les oignons et fais-les revenir dans une po\u00eale avec les lardons. D\u00e9glace avec un petit trait de cidre si tu le souhaites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffe ton four \u00e0 <strong>200\u00b0C<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un grand plat \u00e0 gratin, dispose la moiti\u00e9 des pommes de terre, recouvre avec le m\u00e9lange oignons\/lardons, ajoute la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, puis remets une couche de pommes de terre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coupe le camembert en deux dans l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur et pose les deux moiti\u00e9s sur le dessus du plat (cro\u00fbte vers le haut).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enfourne pour <strong>20 \u00e0 25 minutes<\/strong> jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le fromage soit fondu et dor\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On remplace le reblochon par du camembert.
