Croustillant \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur, coulant \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 Camembert (choisis-le un peu ferme, pas trop fait)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g de farine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g de chapelure (la chapelure japonaise \u00ab\u00a0Panko\u00a0\u00bb est id\u00e9ale pour le croustillant)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Huile de friture<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confiture de cerises noires ou de figues (pour tremper)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coupe le camembert en 8 portions (en forme de triangles).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9pare trois assiettes creuses : une avec la farine, une avec les \u0153ufs battus, et une avec la chapelure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passe chaque triangle de fromage dans la farine, puis dans l&rsquo;\u0153uf, et enfin dans la chapelure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;astuce de chef :<\/strong> Pour \u00e9viter que le fromage ne s&rsquo;\u00e9chappe \u00e0 la cuisson, repasse-les une seconde fois dans l&rsquo;\u0153uf puis dans la chapelure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fais chauffer un fond d&rsquo;huile dans une po\u00eale et fais dorer les triangles <strong>2 \u00e0 3 minutes<\/strong> de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9ponge-les sur du papier absorbant et sers-les tr\u00e8s chauds avec la confiture.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Parfait pour l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ritif.
